As a full time youth pastor, Will is passionate about working with high school students. Using his former experience in college athletics, Will works with sports programs across Minnesota to elevate team culture and performance by developing character and integrity, teaching leadership skills, and building culture that win from the inside out. 

Will experienced both high-level athletics and real-world leadership development firsthand during his time as a student intern under P.J. Fleck at the University of Minnesota. Currently, he leads 250+ students weekly at Renovation Church in Blaine, MN.
